Former governor of Abia state Orji Uzor Kalu is not a happy
man now. This is due to the recent court order that EFCC should try him for
looting Abia money while in power. A close associate of Kalu told this online
news site that his end has come as he is set to go to jail like Ibori . His
associatiates hinted that Kalu who cried like a baby said all hope is lost. It
was gathered that Kalu has ran to the Emirs and a former military head of state
to intervene .
The former head of state we learnt did not allow him into his
hill top mansion as he called Kalu a crook and a bastard who thinks he is
smart. The Emirs our source said told Kalu in clear terms to carry his cross.
Kalu as of now is trying hard to get money to pay staff of the SUN newspapers
as money no longer come since he was laid off by some oil cabals and power
brokers , Kalu’s mum who is down with HIV/AIDS is also in bed shape as the
thought of his son going to jail is haunting her.
